Resolved - We're sorry for the disruption to your business caused by this VoIP service issue. The root cause of this service disruption was a memory failure on one of our virtual machine hosts. Voice services were migrated to another host and, once the residual effects of the initial issue cleared, full services were restored. If you have any questions about this disruption please contact the Help Desk.
